Introduction
HS-XGJ-W automatic glue free paper straw making machine is developed by our company to comply with the trend of environmental protection.
The machine integrates automatic paper connection,forming, cutting and collecting, and adopts a CNC multi cutter system to directly produce finished paper straws.
The paper straw produced by the machine can withstand high temperature of 100 degrees (normal one is 70 degrees), but also can be degraded without pollution to the environment.

Woking process
Features
1) With PLC control and touch screen, easy operation.
2) With servo motor control for high precision cutting.
3) Paper reel bracket, slit paper rolls are easily placed into reel, bracket by electric lifting device.
4) Winding by belt and tension device adjusted by handle wheel.
5) Multi-knife system for in-line cutting unit controlled by encoder thus cutting final paper tube directly.
6) The standard machine has 5 knives. It also has 6 knives or 7 knives for option according to the specification of the paper straw.

Our Paper Straw Machine can make diameter 4.5-12mm of paper straws through changing mold. And length is adjustable.
